How can I get a quote or place an order with SignWorks?
The easiest and most common method is through email. You can also do it over the phone, or come in and see us at 700 High St NE in Salem, OR.
What should I expect when I place an order?
Once you place an order, the next step is to proof the artwork and production details (see the next question for more info on the proofing process).
Once the final proof is approved, the next step is payment of the order. For orders under $100, full payment is required for production. On orders over $100, a half down payment is required to begin production, with the balance due upon completion. You can also apply for a credit account, just contact us for an application.
When the final proof is approved and payment is taken care of, we can begin production. The length of time this takes can vary, but typically it's about 3 to 7 business days. We can always accommodate tight deadlines, so don't be afraid to ask!
Why is it so important to proof my order?
Proofing helps ensure that the design(s) and production details are correct. On orders that SignWorks designs for you, it gives you a chance to tailor the design elements and content to your liking...and to make sure all the information is right! When you provide the artwork for an order, the proofing process is important to ensure that the artwork has transferred properly to our system. It is also important to confirm that the production details are correct.
Will the colors on my final product differ from my electronic or paper proof?
The colors will generally look very similar, but more than likely they will not look exactly like they are on your screen or on paper. If you are concerned about how colors will print out on your finished product, we can provide you with a hard copy proof for a small fee.
Can you match colors to a product I already have?
Yep! We do our best to come as close as possible to your business colors, but please note there is an additional fee for this service.
Can my order be delivered?
We do local deliveries in between our production schedule. For deliveries outside of Salem, we charge a delivery fee based on distance. We can also ship your order directly to you. UPS deliveries in Oregon usually take only a day or two and cost is minimal.
What is your product guarantee?
Every product carries its manufacturer's guarantee. Vinyl lettering has a 5-9 year life on most surfaces if properly cared for.
Does my sign order include posts, frames, stakes, etc?
